Sécurité des Données Cartographiques

Nous faisons de notre mieux pour nous assurer que les données de votre carte ne sont accessibles qu'aux personnes à qui vous les avez partagé. BatchGeo gère la sécurité de vos cartes de plusieurs façons, avec différents niveaux de protection que vous pouvez adapter en fonction de vos besoins.

Avant tout, tant que vous n'enregistrez pas votre carte en utilisant l'option "Continuer / Enregistrer", vos données cartographiques restent sur votre ordinateur. Si vous décidez de sauvegardez la carte, vos informations seront envoyées à nos serveurs et stockées dans une base de données sécurisée.

Lors de l'enregistrement d'une carte, vous disposez de quatre options différentes pour la sécuriser :

  • Publique: n'importe qui peut consulter votre carte, par une recherche ou depuis notre site
  • Non listée: seules les personnes disposant de l'URL peuvent accéder à votre carte, qui ne sera autrement ni consultable ni listée sur notre site
  • Vos utilisateurs abonnés (Pro): jusqu'à 10 utilisateurs peuvent accéder à toutes les cartes avec cette option
  • Protégée par mot de passe (Pro): les personnes doivent disposer de l'URL et du mot de passe pour pouvoir visualiser votre carte

Lors de l'enregistrement de la carte, vous aurez la possibilité de la garder non listée, de la rendre disponible publiquement ou de choisir une option avancée pour les utilisateurs Pro.

Les informations anonymisées de votre carte peuvent être mises à la disposition de Google afin de permettre la publicité. Pour vous désinscrire, vous devrez vous abonner à notre version Pro.


Des URL de Cartes Impossibles à Deviner

Lorsque nous disons que l'URL, ou l'adresse Web, utilisée pour accéder à votre carte n'est pas devinable, nous le pensons vraiment. Si vous choisissez de ne pas lister votre carte, une URL aléatoire sera créée en utilisant un hachage de 128 bits et 32 caractères. Par exemple :

Cette URL ne sera pas publiée sur notre site web et ne sera pas indexée par Google. La seule façon dont cette URL pourra être trouvée par les moteurs de recherche publics est si vous choisissez de la publier sur un site Web public.

Google utilise un système similaire pour les vidéos YouTube non listées, à ceci près que nos hashes sont presque trois fois plus longs. L'URL est véritablement impossible à deviner. En fait, il y a 309 485 009 821 345 068 724 781 056 (plus de 309 septillons) valeurs possibles. On estime que l'univers contient un septillion d'étoiles. Cela signifie donc qu'il y a plus de 300 fois plus d'URL de cartes possibles qu'il n'y a d'étoiles dans l'univers.

Si vous utilisez l'option "Publique" lors de la création de votre carte, nous pouvons choisir de mettre en avant votre carte ou de la rattacher à notre section exemples. Vous pouvez changer l'option Publique / Privée à tout moment en utilisant l'écran d'édition. Vous pouvez également changer l'URL de la carte à partir du même écran, si vous souhaitez un moyen moins obscur (mais plus facile à deviner) d'accéder à votre carte.


Masquer les Adresses et Limiter le Zoom

Vous pouvez partager une carte publiquement ou avec des personnes spécifiques tout en masquant certaines informations. Pour cette option, nous limitons le niveau de zoom dont bénéficie les utilisateurs. De plus, nous nous assurons que les adresses ne sont pas incluses dans les données cartographiques explorables ni dans la fenêtre d'information consultable en cliquant sur des marqueurs.

En raison de la façon dont toutes les cartes Google Maps sont créées, un utilisateur très technique ou très motivé pourrait malgré tout découvrir les coordonnées ou adresses contenues par la carte.


Sécurité Renforcée avec BatchGeo Pro

Notre version Pro inclut par défaut toutes les fonctions de sécurité de la version gratuite. Nous y avons également ajouté ces fonctions de sécurité supplémentaires :

  • Les informations sont toujours transférées entre le client et nos serveurs à l'aide de protocoles chiffrés (SSL).
  • Vous avez la possibilité de protéger votre carte par mot de passe ou de ne la partager qu'avec les utilisateurs de BatchGeo à qui vous avez explicitement accordé les droits d'accès.*
  • Vos données cartographiques ne sont pas partagées avec les annonceurs.
  • Les adresses individuelles seront envoyées à Google à des fins de géocodage. Elles seront envoyées via SSL et découplées des autres données que vous téléverserez sur BatchGeo.

* L'équipe d'assistance de BatchGeo peut accéder à votre carte afin de dépanner les problèmes si vous en faites la demande. Le personnel peut également vérifier aléatoirement les données cartographiques pour s'assurer qu'aucune condition d'utilisation n'a été enfreinte (comme l'utilisation d'une carte à des fins illégales) et que les services BatchGeo fonctionnent comme prévu. Le personnel de BatchGeo n'y accédera que dans un environnement sécurisé utilisant une transmission de données chiffrées ainsi que des mots de passe complexes.


Comment Sécurisons-Nous Les Serveurs BatchGeo

BatchGeo utilise les plateformes de cloud les meilleures et les plus sécurisées. Nos serveurs sont régulièrement mis à jour et actualisés avec les dernières versions des logiciels requis. Les mots de passe ne sont jamais conservés en texte clair - ils sont toujours salés puis hachés avant d'être stockés dans notre base de données. Toutes vos données sont stockées en toute sécurité dans une base de données protégée derrière un pare-feu et qui n'est pas directement accessible depuis Internet. Nous effectuons périodiquement des analyses complètes de nos services et procédons également à des audits de sécurité externes.
